They are obtained by infusion in extra virgin olive oil and are consumed raw, using a few drops to enhance the final flavor of the dishes.
We have selected three, Lemon, Basil, Ginger, to combine with a wide choice of dishes.
The base is always our extra virgin olive oil obtained by cold pressing of olives of the Cellina di Nardò cultivar.
